Frequently Asked Questions
- How it works?
- I noticed one thing that's missing when I receive an email bid back from the customer. It gives me the initial price but not the prices quoted on the left that state biweekly and weekly quotes.
Your customer starts with answering all the questions on your website, these are the same questions you would ask over the phone if they called. The form is calculating every input and gets a price.
Once that's done the customers go to the last questions about their address, phone number to reach them, etc. In the mean time the quoting system is emailing the customer their quote and you will get a copy as well.
Customer has just finished the entire quoting and ordering process all while taking none of your precious time, and because the typical customer is busy they will enjoy doing this on their computer or smart phone while not feeling hassled.
You can only receive a copy of actual quote that your customers choose online. The information on a left shown as example for your customer review only. Our software doesn't save this information so for that reason you can't have it.
If you have received online order from your customer for one time cleaning and would like to see how much it will cost for weekly or bi-weekly regular maintenance you need to re-enter this order one more time.
Also I would like to let you know that any quote can be saved by clicking print button on the left side. How to find these saved quotes? Log into your account and click printing button on a left. You will see all the quotes that you or your customer saved for printing.
There are four different house conditions that reflect the cost of cleaning:
Clean- lowest base price
On the left you see the price for clean condition weekly and bi-weekly cleaning.
If you choose clean condition for weekly or bi-weekly cleaning price on a left will be exactly the same price and slightly different if this is average, poor or dirty condition.
